My Life As An Entrepreneur

My life as an entrepreneur began at the tender age of thirteen when I created a position for myself as the youngest sales agent at “Jewels by Park Lane.” As a hostess, I held jewelry parties and used my gift of gab to convince my female neighbors to purchase gorgeous costume jewelry.

After attending NC State University, I worked in sales and marketing for some the of largest Fortune 500s in America, most notably Coca-Cola. In 2018, I left corporate America and started my own multimedia company, Rayven Choi Multimedia – a company that focuses on women and girls of color in the world of Geekdom.

My Trifecta

Rayven Choi Multimedia has three divisions. Shero Comics focuses on building comic book IPs that feature women and girls of color as standalone protagonists and is behind our SheroCon comic convention. Rayven Choi Films produces fun and quirky comedy & sci-fi films, and feel-good documentaries.  Shero Games develops female-centered video games adapted from our catalog of IPs.
