As a former educator, there’s no better feeling than returning to the classroom as the “Queen of Comics.” With comics and graphic novels being more popular than ever with young readers, I love speaking to a room full of engaged students who are excited to talk about comics!

…discuss how I go from an inkling of an idea to a completed comic book/graphic novel.
…write a pre-drawn comic book page with dialogue provided by the students.
…answer all questions about comic book creation followed by a pep talk for students who want to pursue a career in the arts and beyond.
